Registration Guidelines
A confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the Workshop on Ion Exchange Membranes for Energy Applications from June 20th – 22nd, 2023. Registration is possible only by using this webpage and will close on May 5th, 2023.
We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields during the registration process. After completion of the registration process, an electronic information of the registration will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. The final confirmation of your participation and the invoice will be sent a few days later.

We kindly ask all invited speakers to use the personal invitation code which will be send separately by mail.

Payment Guidelines
The participation fee is €545 incl. VAT and includes:
the workshop presentations, hot/cold drinks and snacks during the workshop sessions and breaks, lunch, Get-together on the first evening, guided tour through DLR-laboratories, Conference Dinner on the second evening and a sightseeing tour on the last workshop day.
Travel expenses and accommodation are not included.

Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number. Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to helpdesk[at]besl-eventagentur.de.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to helpdesk[at]besl-eventagentur.de. Please refer to the important deadlines for cancellation below.
Until May 12th, 2023: 100% refund minus a 50,00 € administrative charge
From May 13th, 2023: no refund
Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Workshop on Ion Exchange Membranes for Energy Applications from June 20th – 22nd, 2023 you agree to the participation terms and conditions.
If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
